Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island just opened their doors for tourists

Hilton has this month announced the grand opening of its breath-taking Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island; set within Yas Bay’s Waterfront, this vibrant destination on the Southern end of Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island allows guests access to retail and high end restaurants as well as entertainment and nightlife experiences—all in one easily accessible waterfront.

“The opening of Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is yet another successful milestone for us and a great addition to Yas Bay’s waterfront. We are proud of our growing partnership with Hilton, the global brand, which will see more hospitality offerings on the island soon,” said H.E. Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Miral, in a statement. “This is a great testament to our commitment in positioning Yas Island as a top global destination for leisure, entertainment and business.”

The stunning waterfront property features 545 guest rooms (including 59 suites), dining and beverage options, a fully equipped Kid’s Club, a beach club, a temperature controlled outdoor pool, as well as a spa and fitness centre and a conference centre for business.

Guests will also be close in proximity to the Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi’s first-of-its-kind multi-purpose indoor entertainment venue, and the Yas Marina Circuit where the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix takes place.

“In Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island we could not have wished for a better property through which to mark the return of our flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand to the UAE capital. We are proud to be working with visionary owners in Miral, in forming part of the exciting growth of a multi-purpose entertainment destination,” added Jochem-Jan Sleiffer, President, Hilton, Middle East, Africa & Turkey. “Together, we are bringing a unique offering to the market with cutting edge technological features designed to enhance guest experience and promote sustainability.”

Interested in learning more about the eye-catching new property? Reservations are currently open for guests and travelers hoping to catch a glimpse of the stunning new resort. And while the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is the first of three new Hilton properties, developed by Miral, to open on Yas Island, it’s expected to be the most luxurious of the three.
